Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain backend systems and APIs for the talent experience management platform.
Collaborate with product, design, and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
Optimize and maintain the performance of existing backend systems.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends to continuously improve platform capabilities.
Mentor and guide junior engineers to support team growth and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in backend development.
Solid proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++.
Experience with database design, management, and optimization.
Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and microservices architecture.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Solid communication and teamwork skills.
