Qualification: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources / MSW / equivalent

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to manage and oversee the complete Human Resources function for our textile manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate should have robust experience in factory HR, manpower management, recruitment, employee relations, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, performance management, and labour-related matters.

The candidate should be comfortable working in a manufacturing setting and managing both workmen and staff.

Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Manpower Planning
Plan and manage manpower requirements for production and support functions.
Handle recruitment, selection, onboarding, and induction of employees.
Develop effective sources for recruiting skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled workforce.
Maintain manpower records and monitor absenteeism, turnover,



and manpower productivity.
Factory HR & Employee Relations
Manage day-to-day HR activities at the textile manufacturing unit.
Maintain positive employee relations and address employee grievances.
Handle disciplinary matters in accordance with company policies and applicable labour laws.
Coordinate with production and other department heads on workforce-related issues.
Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Labour Law & Statutory Compliance
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
Manage statutory registers, records, licences, notices, and documentation.
Coordinate PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, Skilled Tax, Labour Welfare and other applicable compliances.
Coordinate labour inspections, audits, and statutory submissions.
Ensure compliance with applicable factory and employment regulations.
Payroll & Attendance
Supervise attendance,
