We are seeking an experienced nCino Developer with 5+ years of experience in Salesforce and nCino platform development to design, develop, and implement digital lending and banking transformation solutions. The ideal candidate should possess solid expertise in nCino Bank Operating System (BOS), Salesforce platform development, lending workflows, integrations, and customization of banking solutions.

The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, solution architects, product owners, and banking SMEs to deliver scalable and compliant solutions for commercial, retail, and small business lending operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement nCino solutions on the Salesforce platform.
- Configure and customize nCino modules including:
- Commercial Lending
- Retail Lending
- Small Business Lending
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Portfolio Management
- Loan Origination Processes

- Develop custom components using:

- Apex
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Visualforce
- Salesforce Flows
- Process Builder
- Configure nCino workflows, credit processes, approval chains, and document management capabilities.
- Integrate nCino with core banking systems, credit bureaus, document repositories, and third-party applications.
- Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Participate in solution design workshops and provide technical recommendations.




- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to development best practices.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution.
- Support deployments across development, QA, UAT, and production environments.
- Prepare technical design documents and maintain solution documentation.
- Ensure solutions meet banking regulatory, security, and compliance requirements.
