MaxLeadz is a growing performance marketing agency in Surat. We run Meta and Google Ads for real estate, ed-tech, fitness, fashion and D2C brands. We're hiring one fresher who can execute fast and doesn't need to be chased.

What you'll do

- Run and support Meta ad campaigns — setup, audiences, testing, daily monitoring
- Design ad graphics and creatives (Canva / Photoshop / AI tools)
- Use AI tools for copy, creatives and content production
- Plan and create content — reels, posts, carousels
- Assist in shoots — product, UGC, client content
- Track daily performance and maintain reports

What we need from you

- Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager — you should already understand campaigns, ad sets, audiences and objectives
- Ability to make clean ad graphics




- Comfortable with AI tools (ChatGPT, image/video AI)
- Fast execution. Task given today gets finished today.
- No time-wasting. Repeated delays or unfinished work will lead to termination.

Terms

- Salary: ₹10,000/month — fixed
- Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM, 1 hour lunch break
- Working days: Monday to Saturday
- On-site only — Citylight, Surat
