Role Description The MERN Stack Developer is a full-time, on-site role based in Tiruchirappalli. In this position, the developer will design, build, and maintain web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing new features, optimizing application performance, integrating APIs, and ensuring code quality through testing and reviews.

The developer will collaborate closely with designers, product owners, and other engineers to deliver user-focused solutions that support client objectives. This role also involves troubleshooting issues, participating in sprint planning, and contributing to technical documentation and best practices.

- Solid proficiency in MongoDB or mySQL, Express.js, React, and Node.js, with experience building end-to-end web applications.
- Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern front-end development practices (including component-based architecture and state management).
- Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON-based data exchange, and backend integration, including authentication and authorization mechanisms.
- Knowledge of version control tools (such as Git), basic DevOps practices, and familiarity with deployment to cloud or hosting platforms.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code, with experience in unit testing or integration testing frameworks.
- Problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and ability to debug and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate in a cross-functional team in an on-site environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience working in an agency or client-facing environment and exposure to agile methodologies is a plus.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and continuously improve development practices.
