Role Description The MEP/PEB Project Incharge will oversee day-to-day project execution for Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) and Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) works on construction sites. This full-time, in office role in Navi Mumbai includes planning and coordinating site activities, supervising contractors and technicians, and ensuring adherence to project schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols. The role involves conducting regular site inspections, monitoring installation and commissioning work, resolving technical and coordination issues, and maintaining clear documentation and reporting.

The Project

Incharge will work closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to manage resources, support compliance with safety regulations, and drive successful project delivery.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong supervisory skills and experience in site supervision for MEP and PEB projects.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional communication skills for coordinating with clients, contractors,



and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess thorough inspection skills for monitoring construction activities, quality standards, and compliance with design specifications.
- Candidates should possess solid knowledge of construction safety practices and regulations, with a track record of implementing safety measures on site.
- Diploma or degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, with prior experience in MEP/PEB project management.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, BOQs, and project specifications, and to use basic project management tools.
- Strong problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills, with the ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Relevant safety certifications (e.g., HSE, NEBOSH, or equivalent) and experience in industrial or commercial construction will be an added advantage.
