Role Description The MEP/PEB Project Manager will oversee mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and pre-engineered building (PEB) activities for construction projects, ensuring timely and quality execution. This full time, on-site role in Navi Mumbai involves coordinating with internal teams, contractors, and clients, managing project schedules, budgets, and resources, and ensuring adherence to safety and compliance standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing and approving MEP and PEB drawings and submittals, monitoring work progress, resolving technical and site-related issues, and preparing regular status reports.

The role also includes conducting site inspections, supporting audits,



and collaborating on productivity and safety improvements in line with Nexfore Consulting’s standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) skills, including hands-on experience with plumbing systems and coordination of MEP services in construction projects.
- Candidates should possess project management and budgeting skills, with demonstrated ability to plan, execute, monitor, and control project scope, cost, and timelines.
- Candidates should possess experience handling project submittals, including reviewing drawings, technical documentation, and material approvals, and coordinating with stakeholders for timely closure.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of safety standards, quality assurance practices, and compliance requirements relevant to construction and industrial projects.
- Candidates should possess strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead site teams and collaborate effectively with clients and contractors.
- Relevant academic background such as a degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related field; professional certifications in project management or safety are an advantage.
- Experience in PEB projects and familiarity with Navi Mumbai or similar industrial hubs will be considered beneficial.
