Key Responsibilities

Lead the complete

MEP Projects function across corporate interior and managed office space projects.

Manage end-to-end delivery of

Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, ELV/BMS and associated building services .

Develop MEP project strategies, execution plans, schedules and resource requirements in line with overall project timelines.

Review MEP designs, drawings, specifications, BOQs, technical submissions and value-engineering opportunities.

Coordinate closely with

Design, Architecture, Projects, Procurement, QS/Costing, Facility and Operations teams .

Ensure effective integration of MEP services with architectural and interior design requirements.

Lead MEP execution across multiple projects and ensure delivery within agreed cost, quality and timelines .

Manage contractors, consultants, OEMs and MEP vendors, including technical evaluation and performance monitoring.

Review project budgets, BOQs, estimates, variations and cost optimization opportunities.

Drive value engineering without compromising functionality, quality, safety or compliance.

Monitor site progress and proactively resolve technical, coordination and execution challenges.

Ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and applicable statutory requirements.

Oversee testing, commissioning, snag closure and final handover of all MEP systems.

Ensure smooth transition of completed projects to Facility Management and Operations teams.

Establish SOPs, technical standards,



checklists and quality-control processes for MEP execution.

Monitor project risks, delays, cost overruns and technical dependencies and provide timely solutions.

Provide regular project reviews, MIS, cost updates and risk reports to senior management.

Build, mentor and manage a high-performing

MEP Projects team across locations/projects.

Candidate Requirements

Strong leadership experience in

MEP Projects , preferably within

Corporate Interiors, Managed Office Spaces, Coworking, Commercial Fit-outs or Design & Build organizations .

Major experience should be in commercial office / workplace interior projects rather than purely residential projects.

Strong technical expertise across

Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, ELV and BMS systems .

Proven experience delivering multiple large-scale and fast-track corporate interior projects .

Robust understanding of MEP design coordination, BOQs, budgeting, tendering, execution and commissioning.

Experience in

CAPEX management, cost optimization and value engineering .

Strong vendor, contractor and consultant management capabilities.

Ability to coordinate effectively with architects, designers, project managers and business leadership.

Strong understanding of statutory approvals, safety requirements, technical standards and compliance.

Excellent leadership, problem-solving, commercial negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously across locations.
