I’m hiring for a Mentorship Program Manager to own the end-to-end delivery and growth of the mentorship program.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly analytical, process-oriented, and comfortable managing a large mentor network while using data to improve mentor performance, student engagement and overall program quality.
? What You’ll Own
1. Manage and monitor mentor performance, attendance, SLAs, no-shows and cancellations
2. Track key metrics including adoption, utilization, session ratings, no-show/cancellation rates and learner feedback
3. Own mentor payout data, including validation of sessions, incentives, penalties and deductions
4. Drive the overall mentorship program strategy, identifying gaps and implementing corrective initiatives
5. Increase student adoption through lifecycle communication, in-app nudges and engagement initiatives
6. Analyse learner feedback and identify recurring mentor, technical and quality issues
7. Work closely with Business/Category, Support, Product & Engineering teams to improve the mentorship experience
8. Manage escalations and take action on chronic mentor performance issues
? We’re Looking For
1. 2–5 years of experience in Program Management,
Operations or Customer Success
2. Experience managing a mentor, tutor or freelancer network is highly preferred
3. Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in Excel/Google Sheets, Pivot Tables & formulas
4. SQL/BI tool experience is a plus
5. Experience with payout/invoice data and policy-based calculations
6. Solid stakeholder management and communication skills
7. Comfortable having direct conversations with underperforming mentors
8. Strong process orientation and ability to build/improve operating playbooks
9. Prior EdTech, tutoring or mentorship program experience is a strong plus
