Role Description The Member role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. In this role, the Member will support day-to-day hospitality operations, including assisting with guest services, coordinating reservations, and ensuring that property standards are consistently met.

Responsibilities may include collaborating with cross-functional teams, helping execute brand and experience initiatives, and providing accurate information to guests about properties and surrounding areas.



The Member will also contribute to maintaining a welcoming environment, responding to guest feedback, and supporting administrative tasks that help the team deliver a high-quality hospitality experience.

- Ability to deliver attentive, professional guest service and maintain a positive, solutions-focused attitude.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a multicultural team.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic proficiency with office software and reservation or property management systems (training can be provided).
- Interest in hospitality, travel, and cultural experiences, with a willingness to learn and grow within the industry.
- Ability to work in office in the Greater Bengaluru Area, including flexible schedules, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or tourism is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
