Role Description The Medical Representative – Orthopaedic at PhysioPlus will focus on promoting physiotherapy and orthopaedic-related services, solutions, and partnerships to clinics, hospitals, and individual practitioners. This full-time hybrid role is based in Jaipur, with a mix of in office client visits and some work-from-home activities such as follow-ups, reporting, and virtual meetings. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying prospective clients, presenting PhysioPlus offerings, conducting product demos,



supporting onboarding of physiotherapists and clinics, and maintaining strong professional relationships with healthcare stakeholders.

The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to address client needs, gathering market feedback, and contributing to campaigns and initiatives that increase platform adoption.

Qualifications

- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage with doctors, physiotherapists, hospital administrators, and clinic staff.
- Knowledge of orthopaedics and physiotherapy concepts, or experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare sales.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships, negotiate agreements, and achieve sales or engagement targets.
- Comfort with using digital tools, CRM systems, and online platforms for reporting, scheduling, and virtual meetings.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage fieldwork, travel within Jaipur and nearby regions, and hybrid work arrangements.
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, physiotherapy, pharmacy, healthcare management, business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Prior experience as a medical representative or in healthcare business development is preferred.
- Fluency in English and Hindi, with the ability to explain clinical and technical information in clear, accessible language.
