Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Medical Sales Representative role based in West Delhi. The role involves promoting and selling Kapardi Pharma and Biome division products to healthcare professionals, pharmacies, and clinics within the assigned territory. Daily responsibilities include conducting client visits, presenting product information, answering technical and commercial queries, and building long-term relationships with customers.

The Medical Sales

Representative will track sales activities, maintain accurate records,



provide feedback from the market, and collaborate with internal teams to meet sales targets. The role also includes organizing product demonstrations, participating in local marketing initiatives, and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Medical Sales skills, including territory management and relationship building.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to engage healthcare professionals and respond to customer needs.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Medicine and Pharmacy to understand and explain product advantages and usage.
- Candidates should possess good negotiation, time management, and organizational skills to achieve sales goals efficiently.
- Relevant experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales is preferred, with familiarity in the West Delhi market considered an advantage.
