Role Description This is a full time Medical Representative role based in Noida with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work-from-home flexibility.

The Medical

Representative will build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, promote Medify Smart’s products and services, and drive medical sales within assigned territories. Day-to-day responsibilities include visiting clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies, delivering product presentations, and providing up-to-date information on indications, benefits, and usage. The role also involves managing inquiries, offering customer service support, collecting market feedback, and reporting sales activities and trends to the internal team.





The Medical

Representative will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support marketing initiatives and ensure compliance with relevant healthcare standards and company policies.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Medical Sales skills, including territory management and relationship-building with healthcare professionals.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to present medical information clearly and respond to client needs.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Medicine and Pharmacy to understand products, indications, and therapeutic contexts.
- Relevant academic background such as a degree or diploma in life sciences, pharmacy, healthcare, or a related field.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with willingness to travel locally and manage in-person visits in Noida and surrounding areas.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with basic office and CRM software.
- Prior experience as a medical representative or in healthcare sales is an advantage.
