About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven and detail-oriented medical professional to join our Medical Affairs – Video Team. The ideal candidate should have strong medical knowledge, excellent coordination abilities, and a passion for building high-quality educational experiences for medical students & Aspirants preparing for competitive PG entrance examinations.

This role involves managing academic medical projects, collaborating with faculty and cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth execution of recording schedules, and maintaining high standards of quality across medical content production.

Who Are We Looking For?

- MBBS degree (mandatory)
- MBA / MHA (preferred additional qualification)
- 2–3 years of work experience; experience in healthcare, medical education, ed-tech, or related domains will be an added advantage
- Strong understanding of medical sciences and medical education workflows
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong project management and people management abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic setting
- Flexible with working hours based on project requirements
- Passion for building a long-term career in the Healthcare-Tech / Medical Education domain
- High ownership mindset with strong execution capabilities

What Will You Be Doing?

Academic & Medical Content Management

- Learn, research, and stay updated with the latest trends and developments in Medical PG entrance examinations including NEET PG, INICET, FMGE, NEXT, and emerging examination patterns.
- Understand the scope, objectives, and requirements of academic medical science projects and effectively manage them using strong medical knowledge and editorial judgment.




- Collaborate closely with subject matter experts and faculty members to improve the quality, accuracy, and effectiveness of medical educational content.

Project Coordination & Operations

- Prepare project plans, execution timelines, and performance metrics to ensure timely delivery while maintaining high quality standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Notes, QBank, Customer Support/Care, Product, Tech, Design, Illustrations, and Video Production.
- Manage recording schedules, faculty coordination, and day-to-day operational workflows within the Video department.
- Work closely with technical and medical teams for smooth execution of academic production pipelines.

Quality, Compliance & Intellectual Property

- Ensure quality control and consistency across medical content and multimedia deliverables.
- Manage IP audits and monitor multimedia copyright compliance related to medical educational content.
- Maintain structured documentation, workflows, and process efficiency across projects.

Team Management & Leadership

- Manage, mentor, and support a team of 5–8 members.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and operational support to help team members grow professionally.
- Foster collaboration, accountability, and a high-performance team culture.
