Experience - 3-10 years

Salary - 25K - 35K Per Month

1. Conduct routine and specialised test in haematology, biochemistry and clinical pathology.
2. Should be experienced in working on semi automatic biochemistry analyser, microscopy of urine. Should be ready to work in morning and evening shifts.
3. Record test results accurately into laboratory software. Should follow safety compliance
4. Operate and maintain laboratory analyzers, microscopes, centrifuges, and other diagnostic equipment.
5. Prepare reagents, solutions, slides, and laboratory materials according to approved procedures.
6. Perform quality-control checks to ensure accurate and reliable test results.

Record test results accurately in laboratory registers, worksheets, and LIS.
8. Follow proper procedures for sample identification, storage, transportation, and disposal.
9. Report abnormal or critical results to the concerned senior staff/medical qualified promptly.
10. Maintain laboratory equipment, work areas, and required documentation.
11. Assist in calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of laboratory instruments.
12. Maintain adequate stock of reagents, consumables, and laboratory supplies.
