Experience

- Experience in medical, healthcare, or insurance content writing is an added advantage.
- Ability to produce 100% original, manually written content (AI-generated content is not acceptable).
- Strong research skills with the ability to write accurate, easy-to-understand content.
- Good understanding of SEO content writing, including keyword integration and on-page optimization.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple deliverables.
- Excellent English writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Experience in content editing, quality assurance, or content quality control.
- Experience in medical, healthcare, or insurance content is highly preferred.
- Excellent command of English grammar, punctuation, spelling, and style.
- Robust knowledge of content quality standards, fact-checking, and plagiarism checks.
- Ability to review content for accuracy, readability, consistency, and brand compliance.
- Familiarity with SEO content guidelines, search intent, and on-page optimization.
- Experience using plagiarism and grammar-checking tools.
- Ability to manage high volumes of content while handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong coordination and management skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high quality.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

Daily Job Responsibilities

- Write high-quality, original blogs, landing pages, FAQs, and other website content.




- Conduct research to ensure factual accuracy and content relevance.
- Optimize content based on SEO guidelines, keywords, and search intent.
- Coordinate with the SEO team to understand content requirements and priorities.
- Revise content based on editorial feedback & comments.
- Ensure all content is plagiarism-free, grammatically accurate, and compliant with brand and regulatory guidelines.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly content production targets while maintaining quality.
- Stay updated on healthcare, medical, and insurance industry trends to create relevant content.
- Review and proofread content for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and readability.
- Verify the accuracy of medical and insurance-related information using reliable sources.
- Ensure content complies with editorial, legal, regulatory, and brand guidelines.
- Check SEO elements, including keyword usage, headings, metadata, internal linking, and content structure.
- Perform plagiarism and originality checks before publication
- Excellent knowledge on basic content tools (Grammarly, CopyScape, CopyLeakes etc.,)
- Provide constructive feedback to content writers and ensure all revisions are implemented.
- Manage content assignments, track progress, and coordinate with Content Writers, SEO, Medical Review, Product, and other cross-functional teams.
- Maintain content quality checklists, review logs, and approval standards.
- Ensure all published content is factually accurate, consistent, and free from AI-generated or low-quality content.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly content review targets while maintaining quality standards.
