Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Medical Aesthetician role based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar.

The Medical

Aesthetician will perform a variety of aesthetic treatments, including laser and non-laser hair removal, microneedling, and other skin care procedures under appropriate clinical guidelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting patient consultations, assessing skin types and concerns, explaining treatment options, and maintaining detailed treatment records. The role involves preparing treatment rooms, ensuring equipment safety and cleanliness, following infection control protocols, and collaborating with medical staff for integrated patient care.

Aesthetician will also provide pre- and post-care instructions, deliver high-quality customer service, and support patient education to ensure safe and effective outcomes.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in aesthetic treatment techniques, including Laser Hair Removal and Hair Removal.
- Experience with advanced skin procedures such as Microneedling and related cosmetic treatments.
- Foundational knowledge of Medicine or medical aesthetics to understand contraindications and treatment safety.
- Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, communicate clearly, and handle patient inquiries professionally.
- Relevant certification or diploma in aesthetics, cosmetology, or dermatology assistance; additional laser training is an advantage.
- Attention to detail, adherence to clinical protocols, and commitment to hygiene and patient safety.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a medical team and manage a consistent full-time schedule on-site.
- Prior experience in a dermatology clinic, medical spa, or similar setting is preferred.
