About the role: The ideal candidate will have 3 - 6 years of Experience in Mechanical Design and be proficient with SolidWorks or Autodesk Inventor software. The ability to quickly adapt and Independently Handle Projects with minimal knowledge transfer (KT) is crucial.

You are expected to do:

- Collaborate with Tech Leads and Project Managers to ensure design accuracy.
- Independently handling projects with minimal supervision and knowledge transfer.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
- Guide & Train Junior Engineers for Project Deliverables.
- Attend Periodic Technical review meeting with Client to ensure design Consistency.
- Manage Project Timelines and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

You will be a great fit if you have:

- B.E. / B. Tech. in Mechanical Engineering with 3 - 6 years of relevant work experience.
- Experiences in Equipment Modelling and generating related set of drawings in Solid Works /Inventor.
- Knowledge in North American Standards like ANSI/ASME/DIN/BS.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks or Autodesk Inventor software. What we offer

1. Structural Designer: Power Plants, US Based Projects

About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Structural Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years expertise in structural design, particularly in using Advanced Steel Software, Tekla, SolidWorks for modelling, detailing, and drafting. The role involves collaborating with engineers and project teams to deliver high-quality designs for various structural projects.

You are expected to do:

- Develop detailed 3D models and 2D drawings for structural steel projects using Autodesk Advanced Steel software,



Tekla, SolidWorks.
- Collaborate with engineers to translate design concepts into workable solutions.
- Create structural drawings, layouts, and fabrication details for steel structures.
- Prepare fabrication drawings, connection details, and material lists with high precision for steel structures. • Interpret structural analysis outputs and implement necessary changes in the model.
- Maintain project documentation and manage revisions efficiently.
- Generate and manage detailed reports, including BOMs, assembly drawings, and erection plan.

You will be a Great fit, if you have:

- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 2-6 years of relevant experience in Structural Design with Proficiency in Advanced Steel Software.
- Experience with simple and combined cycle, retrofits gas-based Power Plants up to 800 MW.
- Experience in North American Projects and Proficient in codes such as ABS, AISC, ACI, ASCE, IBC, ASME, AWS, API.
