Role Description This is a full-time, in office faculty role based in Baramati for a Maths / Economics / History Professor at the junior and senior college level. The professor will design and deliver lectures, tutorials, and seminars aligned with the approved curriculum, and will assess student performance through exams, assignments, and projects.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong expertise in World History and American History for teaching and academic guidance.
- Candidates should possess skills in Curriculum Development to design, review, and improve course content and teaching materials.
- Candidates should possess experience in University Teaching,
including classroom instruction, student assessment, and academic advising.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Art History to support broader historical and cultural perspectives where relevant.
- Master’s or doctoral degree in Mathematics, Economics, History, or a closely related field from a recognized university.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse learners in junior and senior college settings.
- Ability to use educational technology and digital tools for teaching, assessment, and student support.
- Commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory teaching practices and a collaborative approach to departmental activities.
