Role Description The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning and executing marketing initiatives that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention for PinGenius AI. Day-to-day activities include conducting market research, developing and refining marketing strategies, collaborating with product and design teams, and supporting sales efforts with targeted campaigns and materials. The role also involves communicating with prospective and existing customers, gathering feedback to improve positioning,



and assisting with customer service to ensure a positive user experience.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Howrah Sadar subdivision.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with users and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills to analyze trends, user behavior, and competitive landscapes.
- Candidates should possess Marketing Strategy skills to design, implement, and measure multi-channel campaigns.
- Candidates should possess Sales-related skills to support lead generation, outreach, and conversion activities.
- Experience with digital marketing tools, social media platforms (especially Pinterest), and analytics is beneficial.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an in office environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines is preferred.
- A relevant bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is advantageous.
