Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, a leading AI research organization, to engage experienced marketing professionals for a project focused on evaluating how well AI systems perform real-world marketing work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design precise, task-specific grading criteria for real-world marketing deliverables including creative briefs, campaign concepts, brand positioning frameworks, and client-ready presentations.
- Score AI-generated and human work samples against defined criteria, providing detailed written justifications for every evaluation.
- Apply consistent, evidence-based judgment to ensure scores are reproducible, defensible, and aligned with business objectives.
- Incorporate structured feedback from senior reviewers to refine grading criteria and scoring methodology.
- Evaluate creative briefs, campaign development, brand messaging, and integrated plans against business goals and brief requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 5+ years of professional experience in marketing or advertising with a focus on strategic evaluation and creative judgment.




- Fluency in evaluating marketing deliverables such as creative briefs, campaign concepts, brand positioning, and ad copy against defined briefs and objectives.
- Exceptionally strong written communication skills with the ability to articulate accurate, evidence-based reasons for scoring decisions.
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to calibrate judgment against peer feedback and maintain consistency across evaluations.
- Experience with AI training, evaluation, or human-data projects is a strong plus, though not required.
