Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to take ownership of the marketing function at NISHANI, based in Sitapura Industrial Area, Jaipur.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who understands both brand building and business growth — someone who can think strategically, understand the numbers, build a team and turn ideas into execution.

You’ll work closely with the founders and creative team to build NISHANI, grow our customer base and drive revenue across channels.

What you’ll be doing

Brand & Marketing Strategy

- Develop and own NISHANI’s overall marketing strategy and calendar
- Build campaigns and initiatives that strengthen the brand while driving business results
- Plan and execute product launches, seasonal campaigns, offers and offline initiatives such as pop-ups and events

Performance & Growth

- Own and manage Meta and Google Ads
- Work closely with the creative team to develop, test and optimise high-performing ad creatives
- Analyse marketing performance and key metrics including ROAS, CAC, AOV, conversion rate and revenue
- Balance short-term performance with long-term brand building

Content & Creative

- Own the strategic social media and content calendar
- Develop creative direction and briefs for social media and paid campaigns
- Work closely with the creative team to create content that is engaging, distinctive and true to the NISHANI brand
- Coordinate with external agencies for photoshoots and other creative requirements

E-commerce & Marketplaces

- Own the marketing side of Shopify and the online store
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer journey, merchandising and conversion
- Stay updated on marketplace trends and opportunities

Customer Retention & Community

- Develop and execute WhatsApp and email marketing
- Build strategies to increase customer retention and repeat purchases
- Develop and grow a strong NISHANI community

Team & Collaboration

- Build and manage the marketing team alongside the founders




- Work across creative, e-commerce and external partners to take projects from idea to execution

What we’re looking for
- 4–7 years of experience in marketing, preferably with a D2C, consumer or e-commerce brand
- Robust understanding of brand building, digital marketing and performance marketing
- Hands-on experience with Meta and Google Ads
- Strong understanding of e-commerce and the online customer journey
- Commercially minded, with the ability to connect marketing activity to sales and revenue
- Comfortable working with data and marketing performance metrics
- Strong creative judgement and an understanding of what makes content engaging
- Ability to balance brand building with performance
- Strong strategic thinking combined with excellent execution skills
- Experience managing people or the ability to build and lead a team

Preferred: Experience working with luxury, premium or fashion/lifestyle brands, particularly those targeting a female consumer audience, will be an advantage.

Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who can think like a brand builder, understand the business and get things done.
