Role OverviewWe are looking for a proactive, creative, and research-oriented Marketing Intern to support our day-to-day marketing and communication activities from our Kolkata office.

The role will provide hands-on exposure to B2B marketing, digital marketing, content creation, social media, market research, competitor analysis, campaign execution, and event marketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns.
- Create content for LinkedIn and other relevant social media platforms.
- Assist with developing marketing presentations, newsletters, promotional materials, and other communication assets.
- Conduct market and competitor research and prepare research reports.
- Identify relevant industry trends, topics, companies, and marketing opportunities.
- Support social media management and maintain a consistent brand presence.
- Assist in planning and coordinating marketing activities and events.
- Research relevant business, technology, and networking events.
- Support event participation, coordination, and post-event activities.
- Assist with email marketing and marketing outreach initiatives.
- Maintain marketing trackers, databases, and campaign records.
- Track basic marketing performance metrics and prepare reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams for marketing requirements.




- Support other marketing and communication initiatives as required.

Required Skills

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good research and analytical skills.
- Creative approach to content and marketing.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned tasks.

Preferred Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Prior exposure to marketing, social media, content creation, market research, or event coordination will be an advantage.
