— MARKETING INTERN (WORKSHOP PROMOTION)

Report to - Program Team

1. About the Role The Hustler Brands runs paid, live cohort-based workshops for students — including the Career Launchpad Program — and this role exists to get qualified students into those cohorts. You'll own outreach, content, and campus/community promotion for one or more active workshops, working directly with the founder on messaging and targets.

2. Key Responsibilities

- Promote active workshops (e.g. Career Launchpad Program) across WhatsApp groups, Instagram, LinkedIn, and college communities
- Draft and post promotional content — captions, reels scripts, WhatsApp broadcast copy, posters (in coordination with design)
- Run direct outreach to B.Tech/BBA/MBA student groups, coordinators, and Campus Ambassadors to drive workshop registrations
- Track registrations and leads in a shared tracker; report daily/weekly numbers
- Coordinate with the Campus Ambassador network to push workshop visibility on individual campuses




- Collect and relay basic feedback from prospective students on pricing, timing, and objections

3. You'll Be a Good Fit If You

- Are a current student or recent graduate, comfortable writing for a student audience
- Are active and credible on Instagram, LinkedIn, or WhatsApp community spaces
- Can work independently against weekly targets with minimal supervision
- Have any prior experience in content, social media, or campus outreach (preferred, not required)

4. How Performance Is Measured

- Weekly registration/lead targets, set per active workshop cohort
- Green/Yellow/Red weekly rating based on targets hit vs. missed
- Stipend release is tied to confirmed registrations, not just outreach activity — [exact structure to be finalized before offer letters go out]
