GeoLayer is an early-stage, AI-native startup building the future of subsurface intelligence for the geotechnical and construction industry. We're already working with engineering firms across countries, and we're looking for a creative, reliable associate to own our day-to-day content across social channels.
What You'll Do
- Plan, schedule, and publish consistent content across our channels
- Turn raw inputs - founder insights, product updates, customer wins - into polished posts
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to draft and refine written content, and AI video tools (prompt-based generation) to create short videos and visuals
- Maintain a content calendar and a steady publishing cadence
- Handle first-line engagement - comments, messages, mentions
- Track performance and share simple insights on what's working
- What We're Looking For
- Strong writing skills and a good sense of tone for a professional audience
- Fluency with AI tools for content and video generation (or eagerness to master them fast)
- Organized, dependable, and consistent - this matters most
- Comfortable with basic design/editing tools (Canva, CapCut, or similar)
- Self-starter who can take a rough idea and run with it
- Genuine interest in tech/startups; bonus if you've grown a social account or created your own content
