Role Description This is a full-time, in office Marketing Executive role based in Panchkula.

The Marketing

Executive will support the development and execution of marketing plans for pharmaceutical, herbal, cosmetic, and related product lines. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing competitor activities, identifying new business opportunities, and assisting in sales and promotional campaigns. The role involves coordinating with the sales team, preparing marketing materials, tracking campaign performance,



and maintaining strong communication with internal stakeholders and external partners.

The Marketing

Executive will also contribute to brand-building efforts and help ensure that marketing activities align with company objectives and industry regulations.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Market Planning and Marketing to develop and implement effective promotional strategies.
- Proficiency in Market Research to analyze trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Excellent Communication abilities for collaboration with sales teams, management, and external partners.
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to support sales initiatives and drive business growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or FMCG marketing is an advantage.
- Comfort working on-site in Panchkula and collaborating across manufacturing and corporate teams.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in common office and presentation software.
