Role Description This is a full time, on-site Marketing Graphic Designer role based in Thane, with a compensation range of 2–4 LPA.

The Marketing Graphic

Designer will create visual assets for digital campaigns, social media, websites, and app interfaces that support Instalaxmi’s brand and marketing objectives.

Responsibilities include transforming marketing briefs into effective creatives, designing promotional materials, and ensuring consistent brand identity across all touchpoints. The role also involves collaborating with marketing and product teams,



iterating on designs based on feedback, and preparing production-ready files for various channels.

Qualifications

- Strong graphic design skills, including expertise in layout, typography, and visual storytelling.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma or similar).
- Experience creating marketing and social media creatives, banners, posters, and digital campaign assets.
- Ability to translate marketing goals and user insights into clear, engaging visual concepts.
- Attention to detail with strong skills in reviewing, refining, and optimizing design work.
- Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in fintech, e-commerce, or jewelry-related brands is an advantage.
