Role Description This is a full-time, in office Marketing Executive role based in the Pune Division.

The Marketing

Executive will support the promotion of the firm’s financial products and services, develop marketing plans, and execute campaigns to increase brand visibility and client acquisition. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, identifying target segments, coordinating with the sales team, and helping design marketing materials and digital outreach.



The role involves engaging with clients and prospects, communicating product benefits clearly, and collecting feedback to refine marketing strategies.

The Marketing

Executive will also monitor campaign performance, prepare basic reports, and contribute ideas to improve overall marketing effectiveness.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Market Planning and Marketing to design and implement effective campaigns.
- Candidates should possess skills in Market Research to analyze customer needs, competition, and industry trends.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Sales skills to interact with clients and support business growth.
- Basic understanding of financial products such as mutual funds, insurance, and investment instruments is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Pune Division and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office and comfort with digital marketing tools or social media platforms is an advantage.
- Graduate degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications in finance or marketing are a plus.
