We’re Hiring | Marketing Coordinator / Marketing Executive

We’re looking for someone who gets things done. ?

We are looking for an in-house Marketing Coordinator who will be the bridge between our company and our external marketing/creative agencies.

Your job will be simple: plan it, coordinate it, follow it up, and make sure it happens.

What you’ll be doing:

- Coordinate with our marketing & creative agencies
- Manage the monthly social media & marketing calendar
- Coordinate product shoots, photoshoots, reels & campaigns
- Brief agencies and ensure deliverables are on time
- Follow up on creatives, edits, approvals & postings
- Coordinate with photographers, influencers, designers, videographers etc.
- Keep track of all ongoing marketing activities
- Work closely with our internal team to understand upcoming launches & requirements




- Make sure ideas move from “let’s do this” → “it’s done.”
- Share regular updates on what’s completed, pending & next

Who we’re looking for:

Someone who is organised, proactive, creative and extremely positive at follow-ups.

You don't necessarily need to be the person designing every post or shooting every reel. You need to know how to get the right people to do it—and make sure it gets done well and on time.
