Role Description The Marketing Assistant will support the marketing and sales teams in executing day-to-day activities that strengthen Axacool’s brand and drive business growth. This full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad includes assisting with market research, gathering and organizing data on customer segments and competitors, and contributing to marketing campaigns for both B2C and B2B audiences.

Assistant will help prepare sales and marketing materials, coordinate with customers and partners, and support online and offline promotional activities.

Responsibilities also involve maintaining accurate records of inquiries and leads, providing basic customer service support, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills to gather, analyze, and present insights on customers, competitors, and industry trends.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales & Marketing skills to support lead generation, follow-ups, and campaign execution.
- Candidates should have basic knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g., social media platforms, email marketing, CRM software) and proficiency in MS Office or similar applications.
- Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a rapid-paced environment.
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred; prior experience in healthcare, medical devices, or manufacturing is an advantage.
