Job Summary

We are looking for a Marcom Associate with 3–5 years of B2B marketing and communication experience, preferably in

IT Services, SaaS, Technology Consulting, Digital Engineering, or Enterprise Technology. The role involves executing content, digital campaigns, social media, sales enablement, events, and demand-generation initiatives while translating technical inputs into clear and customer-focused communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute monthly and quarterly marketing and communication calendars aligned with business priorities.

- Develop blogs, articles, thought-leadership content, service pages, case studies, solution briefs, and other
- marketing assets.

- Work with technical SMEs, leadership, sales, and business teams to convert technical concepts into clear,

- customer-focused communication.

- Create content briefs and repurpose long-form content into social posts, email campaigns, carousels, campaign
- assets, and sales collateral.

- Manage organic social media communication, primarily LinkedIn, and support leadership and SME thought
- leadership.

- Coordinate website content, blogs, landing pages, and campaign pages with SEO, design, and web teams.

- Support integrated campaigns across content, social media, email, paid media, webinars, and Account-Based

- Marketing (ABM).

- Develop and maintain sales collateral including presentations, capability decks, one-pagers, case studies, solution
- briefs, and partner marketing assets.

- Coordinate webinars, virtual events, industry events, and technology partner marketing initiatives.

- Track marketing activities and prepare reports on engagement, conversions, leads, pipeline contribution, and campaign performance.

Key Requirements

- 3–5 years of experience in Marketing Communications, B2B Marketing, Content Marketing, or Digital Marketing.

- Strong written and verbal English communication skills with excellent content writing, copywriting, and editing
- abilities.

- Experience creating technology-focused content, case studies, presentations, and sales enablement collateral.

- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for business and technology decision-makers.





- Good understanding of IT Services, Technology Consulting, SaaS, Digital Engineering, or Enterprise Technology.

- Working knowledge of content marketing, LinkedIn/social media marketing, email marketing, and basic SEO.

- Understanding of B2B demand generation, buyer personas, ICPs, marketing funnels, and ABM.

- Experience collaborating with sales, SDRs, technical SMEs, leadership, designers, agencies, and external partners.

- Strong project management, multitasking, attention to detail, and execution skills.

- Ability to analyze marketing performance and derive actionable insights.
