About Kids Gymsters

Kids Gymsters is a dedicated children's gymnastics and fitness centre focused on helping children develop strength, flexibility, coordination, balance, confidence, discipline, and overall physical fitness in a fun and secure environment.

We are looking for an energetic, responsible, and passionate Gymnastics Coach who enjoys working with children and wants to be part of a growing kids' fitness centre.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct fun, engaging and age-appropriate gymnastics sessions for children.
Teach fundamental gymnastics skills such as rolls, cartwheels, handstands, bridges, jumps, balance, flexibility and basic apparatus skills.
Plan and conduct warm-ups, drills, conditioning and skill-development activities.
Demonstrate gymnastics movements and techniques clearly to children.




Use proper spotting techniques and maintain high safety standards during every session.
Monitor children's performance and provide positive, constructive feedback.
Encourage children and help build their confidence, discipline and interest in gymnastics.
Manage groups of children effectively while maintaining a friendly and positive environment.
Adapt exercises according to the child's age, ability and skill level.
Communicate professionally with parents regarding children's progress when required.
Set up, use and maintain gymnastics equipment safely.
Keep the training area clean, organised and protected.
Follow all Kids Gymsters safety rules, coaching guidelines and procedures.
Work closely with other coaches and management to maintain the quality of the programme.

Requirements
Strong knowledge or experience in gymnastics, sports, physical education or a related field.
Experience working with children is preferred
