Senior Marketing Manager with 10+ years of experience to spearhead our digital marketing and brand transformation. This leadership role requires a seasoned strategist who can respect the massive offline equity of a household brand while aggressively scaling our up-to-date D2C footprint, performance marketing engines, and e-commerce channel growth. You will be responsible for a multi-crore media budget, managing agency relationships, and leading cross-functional teams to drive customer acquisition and retention.

Key Responsibilities
Omnichannel Strategy: Build and execute an integrated marketing strategy that connects traditional ATL/BTL brand initiatives with cutting-edge digital media campaigns.
E-commerce & D2C Scaling: Drive performance marketing efforts to exponentially scale ROI across online marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, and our native Shopify D2C store.
Performance Marketing Leadership: Oversee massive scale Paid Search (Google Ads), Paid Social (Meta, YouTube, ShareChat),



and programmatic advertising budgets with a strict focus on ROAS and lowering Customer Acquisition Costs (CAC).
Agency & Vendor Management: Direct and evaluate elite creative, performance marketing, and PR agencies to ensure flawless execution of campaign briefs.
Influencer & Content Architecture: Direct large-scale influencer networks and digital celebrity endorsements to continually modernise the digital positioning of the Macho portfolio.
Data-Driven Analytics: Leverage advanced tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and CRM automation engines to continuous map out customer cohorts, lifetime value (LTV), and market drop-offs.
Brand Consistency: Ensure that all multi-channel digital touchpoints strictly align with the legal geography and premium quality guidelines of the Macho and Hint brand houses.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: MBA or Masters Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Mass Communications from a tier-1 institute.
