Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Officer to drive sales and expand our presence in the premium imported marble and granite segment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction materials, real estate, or the natural stone industry, along with an established network of architects, builders, and interior designers.

Key Responsibilities1. Prospecting & Lead Generation
Identify potential clients including architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors.
Generate new leads through market research, site visits, and networking.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Sales Target Achievement
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Drive consistent revenue growth through recent and existing clients.
Client Relationship Management
Build and nurture relationships with recent and existing clients.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable marble/granite solutions.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Sales Negotiation & Closing




Present product offerings and close high-value deals.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms effectively.
Market Intelligence
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing.
Provide insights to improve sales strategies and product positioning.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.
Submit regular reports on sales performance and pipeline status.
Collaboration
Coordinate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions.
Work with marketing for campaigns, promotions, and brand awareness initiatives.

Candidate Profile
Minimum 3+ years of experience in business development or sales.
Preferred experience in marble & granite, construction materials, real estate, tiles, or interiors industry.
Solid network with architects, designers, and builders is highly desirable.
