Your Role
Build the Germany healthcare recruitment business from the ground up
Develop relationships with German hospitals, Pflegeheime & healthcare groups
Build nursing candidate pipelines across India
Develop Ausbildung & skilled-nurse placement programs
Oversee German training, recognition, visa & relocation
Build and lead India + Germany operations
Drive revenue, partnerships and business growth

Ideal Candidate

8–10 years experience in:
International healthcare recruitment
India–Germany nurse recruitment
German healthcare employer network
Ausbildung / nurse placement
Business development & operations
