Surface Pre-Treatment: Clean parts to remove oils, dirt, and old oxides using degreasers, etches, and desmutters.
Bath Parameter Control: Manage acid concentrations, tank temperatures, electrical voltage, and current density during the oxidation phase.
Coloring and Sealing: Apply elective metal dyes and submerge parts in hot water or chemical seals to close pores permanently.
Quality Assurance: Inspect coating thickness, uniformity, and corrosion performance to meet industrial specifications
Shift Handling : This position directly reports to Engineer
Pay: ₹16,500.00 - ₹26,849.00 per month
