Qualities:
10+ years of hands-on experience developing enterprise applications in a .NET environment, with robust expertise in C# and SQL Server.
Proven experience delivering and supporting complex, long-lived systems in enterprise or regulated settings.
Strong understanding of object-oriented design principles, design patterns, and enterprise application architecture.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
