About the Role:
Gananajay Infra is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts & Admin Executive to manage day-to-day accounting, payroll, documentation, vendor coordination, and administrative activities. The candidate should be comfortable handling accounts independently and coordinating with labour, supervisors, vendors, employees, and the Chartered Accountant.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting records and entries in Tally.
Manage vouchers, ledgers, bank entries, purchase and expense records.
Prepare invoices, quotations, payment records, and other accounting documents.
Maintain GST and TDS records and coordinate with the Chartered Accountant for timely filing and compliance.
Maintain labour attendance, overtime, wages, and payroll records.
Maintain employee attendance and assist with monthly salary/payroll processing.
Coordinate with labour and supervisors to collect daily work updates and attendance details.
Maintain work-wise expenses,



purchases, and profitability records.
Compare vendor quotations and assist in identifying cost-effective purchasing options.
Maintain vendor, purchase, and documentation records.
Prepare MIS and Excel reports and ensure records are accurate and up to date.
Handle routine administrative and office documentation.
Ensure proper filing and maintenance of physical and digital records.
Coordinate with the CA, vendors, employees, labour, and other stakeholders as required.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of relevant accounting experience.
Good working knowledge of Tally and Microsoft Excel.
Knowledge of GST, TDS, bookkeeping, payroll, and invoicing.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Strong organisational and analytical abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
Valuable attention to detail and accuracy.
