Job Summary

As a Pre-Sales Executive / Telecaller, you will be responsible for connecting with prospective customers, understanding their requirements, qualifying leads, generating site visit opportunities, and coordinating with the Sales team to ensure a smooth customer journey.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
Connect with prospective customers and understand their requirements.
Explain project details, pricing, location, amenities, and other relevant information.
Qualify leads based on customer requirements, budget, and purchase intent.
Generate and schedule qualified site visits for the Sales team.




Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
Maintain accurate lead and customer information in the CRM system.
Coordinate with the Sales team for effective lead handover and follow-up.
Track daily calling, follow-up, and site-visit targets.
Build positive customer relationships through professional communication.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.

03 years of experience in Telecalling, Pre-Sales, Customer Support, or Real Estate is preferred.
Excellent communication skills in Telugu, English, and Hindi.
Strong interpersonal, convincing, and customer-handling skills.
Valuable follow-up and lead-management abilities.
Basic knowledge of CRM, MS Excel, and Microsoft Office.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
