Key Responsibilities
Hiring and Sourcing: Find and hire tech talent, course creators, sales teams, and educators. Run job postings, screen resumes, and lead interviews.
Onboarding and Records: Manage recent hire paperwork, orientation, and maintain the company HR portal or database.
Employee Engagement: Run team-building activities and events to keep remote or hybrid staff motivated.
Performance Support: Help track staff goals and run periodic review cycles.
Compliance and Policies: Ensure labor law compliance and answer staff questions about pay or leave.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
