Job Summary

We’re seeking a motivated Business Development Executive who is proactive, target-driven, and has excellent industry knowledge. You’ll play a key role in generating business, expanding partnerships, and building lasting relationships across the wedding, event, and creative production ecosystem.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Sales
Identify and generate qualified leads for weddings,



corporate events, and creative services.
Follow up on enquiries and convert prospective leads into confirmed deals.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently meet monthly/quarterly targets.

Client Engagement & Relationship Building
Initiate, build, and nurture strong relationships with clients, partners, venues, hotels, photographers, and vendors.
Conduct client meetings to understand needs, pitch tailored concepts, and close contracts.

Market & Industry Development
Research and explore current business opportunities in weddings, corporate events, content production, and networking services.
Represent the company at exhibitions, wedding fairs, and networking events to enhance brand visibility.

Coordination & Operations Support
Work closely with internal teams (creative, operations, logistics) to ensure smooth execution of services once deals are confirmed.
