Position: Assistant Professor – Marketing, Finance & Operations
Location: Kochi

Salary: ₹23,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Working Days: Monday – Saturday
Experience: Minimum 6 months of relevant teaching experience

Job Summary

We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Assistant Professor – Marketing, Finance & Operations to deliver high-quality academic instruction, mentor students, and contribute to academic excellence. The ideal candidate should have solid subject expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for student development.

Required Qualifications
MBA / M.Com
Minimum 6 months of relevant teaching experience.
Solid knowledge of Marketing, Finance, and Operations-related subjects.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver lectures, seminars, and practical sessions in Marketing,



Finance, Operations, and related subjects.
Prepare lesson plans, presentations, course materials, and assessments.
Evaluate student performance through assignments, examinations, projects, and presentations.
Provide academic guidance, mentoring, and career support to students.
Maintain attendance, assessment records, and student progress documentation.
Participate in academic activities, workshops, seminars, and institutional programs.
