Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a General Insurance Skilled. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with a wide range of general insurance products, including auto, home, property, liability, and other non-life insurance policies. This role requires a strong understanding of insurance principles, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to effectively communicate complex information to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions for various general insurance products.
Educate clients on policy terms, conditions, coverage limits, and premium payments, ensuring full understanding and transparency.
Prepare and present insurance quotes, proposals, and policy documents accurately and efficiently.
Assist clients with policy applications, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations, ensuring all documentation is complete and processed correctly.
Provide support during the claims process,



guiding clients through the necessary steps and liaising with claims departments to ensure timely resolution.
Maintain thorough and accurate records of client interactions, policy details, and transactions in the company's CRM system.
Stay updated on industry trends, recent insurance products, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice to clients.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling additional insurance products to existing clients based on their evolving needs.
Ensure compliance with all relevant insurance laws, regulations, and company policies.
Build and maintain solid, long-lasting client relationships through exceptional service and proactive communication.
Collaborate with underwriting and claims departments to resolve client inquiries and issues effectively.
