We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Sales Professional with experience in automation systems to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in industrial automation, process control, or factory automation, with a proven track record in solution-based sales and client relationship management.
Identify and develop new business prospects for automation and control solutions.
Manage existing customer accounts and ensure long-term relationships.
Understand client requirements and collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored automation solutions.
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and technical presentations to clients.
Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals within the assigned territory.
Stay updated with emerging automation technologies and market trends.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and forecasts using CRM tools.
Bachelor s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical,



Mechatronics, or related field) or equivalent technical background.
3+ years of experience in sales within the automation, robotics, or industrial controls sector.
Strong understanding of PLCs, SCADA, robotics, sensors, motion control, and process automation systems.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to interpret technical requirements and translate them into business solutions.
Willingness to travel as required.
Experience with major automation brands (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell, ABB, Schneider, Omron, etc.).
Familiarity with Industry 4.0, IIoT, and digital transformation concepts.
Background in technical sales, solution engineering, or channel management.
