Role Overview

We are looking for a data-driven Business Analyst with solid operations experience to support and optimize our D2C (website) business. This role will focus on end-to-end operational analytics including inventory flow, fulfillment performance, customer delivery metrics, and Return to Origin (RTO) management.

The ideal candidate should combine analytical rigor with hands-on operational understanding and be comfortable working in a rapid-paced D2C workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Analyze operational data across D2C logistics, warehousing, inventory flows, and website order management to identify trends, risks, and optimization opportunities.
Develop dashboards and automated reports to monitor KPIs such as inventory health, stock movement, fulfillment performance, RTO rates, delivery SLAs, and cost efficiency.
Deep-dive into Return to Origin (RTO) performance identify root causes, track trends by geography/partner/category, and recommend corrective actions.
Support demand-supply alignment and inventory planning through data modeling and forecasting analysis.




Track website funnel metrics in relation to operational outcomes (COD vs Prepaid mix, RTO impact, cancellation trends).
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Operations, Growth, CX, Finance, Supply Chain) to translate business problems into analytical solutions.
Provide actionable insights to improve operational efficiency, service levels, customer experience, and working capital utilization.
Standardize reporting frameworks and improve data accuracy, reconciliation processes, and governance practices.

Preferred Experience
36 years of experience in Business Analytics, Supply Chain Analytics, Operations Analytics, or D2C Analytics.
Prior exposure to D2C website operations, order lifecycle management, logistics, warehousing, or inventory management.
Hands-on experience analyzing and managing RTO metrics and COD-related operational challenges.
