Job Overview

We are looking for a Field Sales Officer with 1–3 years of relevant experience in the Tyre Manufacturing or Automobile industry. The ideal candidate should have robust field sales experience, good market knowledge, excellent customer-handling skills, and a proven ability to generate business and achieve sales targets.

The role involves regular market visits, customer acquisition, dealer/channel coordination, lead generation, sales conversion, and maintaining long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Develop new business prospects through regular field visits and market mapping.
Identify and approach potential customers, dealers, distributors, and business clients.
Generate qualified leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/solutions.




Conduct product presentations and explain features, benefits, pricing, and commercial terms.
Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and potential customers.
Follow up on enquiries, quotations, negotiations, and pending orders.
Expand the customer base and increase business within the assigned territory.
Coordinate with dealers, distributors, channel partners, and internal teams where required.
Monitor competitor activities, market demand, pricing, and customer requirements.
Maintain regular field visit and sales activity reports.
Ensure timely follow-up after sales and support customer relationship management.
Track sales pipeline and work consistently towards improving conversion rates.

Candidate Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Field Sales / Direct Sales / B2B Sales.
