Financial Accounting & Bookkeeping
• Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.
• Record, verify, and reconcile all financial transactions.
• Manage journal entries, ledgers, cash books, bank books, and general accounting records.
• Ensure proper documentation of vouchers, receipts, invoices, and supporting records.
Accounts Receivable & Payable Management
Monitor vendor payments, reimbursements, and fund disbursements.
Verify invoices and supporting documents before payment processing.
Reconcile vendor and customer accounts regularly.
Ensure timely settlement of liabilities and receivables.
Financial Reporting
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Generate financial analysis reports for management.
Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
Monitor departmental and project-wise expenditures against approved budgets.
