Job Description

We are looking for a Test Engineer with 1–3 years of experience in Software Testing/Quality Assurance to join our QA team in Pune.

The ideal candidate should have a robust understanding of software testing processes, good analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work closely with developers and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, execute, and maintain test cases, test scenarios, and testing procedures.
Prepare test plans by understanding requirements, use cases, and project risks.
Perform functional, integration, system, regression, and other relevant testing activities.
Identify, document, track, and verify software defects using defect management tools.
Work closely with developers to reproduce issues, investigate root causes, and support debugging.




Manage testing activities for assigned projects from planning through final delivery.
Monitor and report test coverage, defect status, testing progress, risks, and overall product quality.
Identify opportunities to improve QA processes, testing methodologies, and tools.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of test harnesses and testing utilities.
Collaborate with development and other cross-functional teams to ensure product quality.
Work independently with limited supervision and take ownership of assigned testing activities.
Provide knowledge sharing and training to team members when required.

Required Skills
1–3 years of experience in Software Testing / Quality Assurance.
Strong understanding of Software Testing and QA processes.
Hands-on experience with at least one Test Management and Defect Management tool.
