Job Summary

SySpree Digital Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage end-to-end Website Development and SEO projects while handling client relationships and coordinating cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate should have robust experience in a Digital Agency workplace, excellent project management and client communication skills, and a good understanding of Web Development, WordPress, SEO, and Digital Marketing.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end website development and SEO projects from kickoff to launch and post-launch.
Plan and manage project scope, timelines, milestones, resources, budgets, and deliverables.
Coordinate with developers, UI/UX designers, SEO specialists, content writers, and other teams.
Act as the primary client point of contact and manage meetings, communication, feedback, and expectations.




Convert client requirements into clear project briefs, tasks, and deliverables.
Monitor website projects involving WordPress, CMS platforms, React, and contemporary web technologies.
Track SEO deliverables including Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, Content, Link Building, and reporting.
Identify project risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies and ensure timely resolution.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.
Maintain project documentation and updates using ClickUp, Asana, Jira, Trello, or similar tools.
Coordinate with internal teams for invoicing and payment follow-ups when required.
Identify upselling, cross-selling, and account-growth opportunities.
Improve project delivery processes and operational efficiency.

Requirements
3–5 years of experience in Project Management, Client Servicing, Account Management, or Digital Project Management.
