our growing recruitment needs.

*Location:
Nagpur, Maharashtra (Work from Office). You will be required to work between 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM (IST).*
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for IT positions from sourcing to onboarding.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess technical skills, communication, and cultural fit.
Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and ensure a seamless interview process.
Build and maintain a solid pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.




Negotiate salary packages and facilitate offer rollouts and candidate onboarding.
Maintain accurate recruitment data, candidate records, and hiring reports.
Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and hiring priorities.
Stay updated with current IT hiring trends, recruitment tools, and sourcing strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer
Applications, or a related field.
3–4 years of experience in IT Recruitment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Solid interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Availability to work between 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM (IST).
